| Mercy Long wrote an original story called "Mercy Watkins and the missing butter." Charming story about a little pig who loves butter and toast but can't find the butter so she and her parents look in all sorts of funny places until at last they find the butter. Excellent text and illustrations! The highlight of my day was Mercy reading her book to me. An additional delight was Mercy's dotted dress with dotted shoes to match! I love this picture! |
